bass+arts are an idiosyncratic cross-genre combo, consisting of two basses often running against each other,
motorized by live drumming. Self-recorded and programmed samples complement and complete an unusual sound
that is located somewhere between punk, gothic and industrial.
The new Black Bats EP is an combitation of the influences that make bass+arts sound so unique, the ambitionous songwriting and the social criticue and dealing wih personal issues that is always incorperated in bass+arts songs.
